RESULTS

ATTENTION : PARENTS AND TEACHERS

  1. Schedule - The schedule for this weekend is attached for your review.

  2. Venue- Our event is located at the Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel; 4440 W John Carpenter Fwy. Irving, TX, 7506.

  3. Class and Observer Bands- The breakdown for classes will be as follows:  Junior (Ages 11 & Under); Teen (Ages 12 and Above). Observer Bands will no longer be assigned by rooms given the change in age breakdown. 

  4. Masks-  Masks are not required at this event, however, they are recommended for all attendees who are not vaccinated.

  5. WAIVERS - DUE BY WEDS 10/27. All Dancers, Teachers, and Observers must have a waiver signed online electronically at https://titans.mydanceregister.com/waiver. Dancers may not enter the ballroom without a signed waiver by their parents or guardian. Parent observers will need to list their name as the participant when signing their parent waiver.  They are separate waivers so please be sure to sign and fill out both if you are additionally attending as an observer.  

  6. Food/Water - There will be no water stations in the rooms. Please pack water accordingly. Lunch is not provided so we recommend bringing a packed lunch. 

  7. Dancers/Observer Bands-  We highly recommend pre purchasing your parent observer bands. If you'd like to add one, please send us your parent name, parent dob. 

  8. SPOOKTACULAR” COSTUME CONTEST- will be held during Lunch.  It will be a parade of the dancers showing off their costume to our judging panel so they will have plenty of time to eat their Lunch; 

  9. Meet and Greet- Our Meet & Greet provides the opportunity for photos and autographs. Titans faculty will only sign Titans merchandise or the official Titans Poster. Nothing else may be signed. Photos will be available to be taken in front of the faculty table only. 

  10. Merchandise- Our merchandise booth will close at 3:00pm.  

  11. Packets- Please send ONE representative to the registration booth to pick up your packet.  Please inform parents that they will receive their band and number from the studio representative in the studio packet.  They do not need to check in. A form within the packet will provide all the names of your registered dancers and their respective number.  Numbers are assigned to a specific dancer and should be only worn by that dancer. Please find that information in your packet.
