In order to receive the reduced rate for any registrant at a Titans event, online registration AND PAYMENT must be received, and mailed registrations/PAYMENT must be post-marked 14 days in advance for all events. 

 

Any registration received via online registration or postmarked later than the posted FEE deadline will be charged the LATE FEE rate.

Specifically, the Reduced rate for all DANCERS, TEACHERS AND OBSERVERS is available through the days shown to the left for each respective event.  ANY PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE CHARGED THE Regular RATE TO ATTEND.   ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Class Levels

Mini: 6-9*

Junior: 10-12*

Senior: 13 and up*

 

* This is only a suggested age recommendation. It is up to the discretion of the teacher, who knows the capabilities of each individual student, to determine the proper placement.

 

While dancers may participate in any room, if a dancer moves down an age category, they are only eligible for scholarships if they are within one year of the age category for the room. For instance, a 14 year old who elects to dance in a 10-12 room will not be eligible for scholarship. Dancers who choose to move an age level up will be eligible for scholarships.

 

Please note that rooms and average ages may be adjusted, split, or combined based on registration. At all events, convention levels are subject to change based on the registration.

PAYMENT

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS AN EVENT CANCELS. All payments must be received in US Funds. Only cash and credit cards will be accepted at the event. Checks must be received at least 2 weeks before the event in order to be accepted.  

REFUNDS AND CREDIT POLICY

All registrations and payments received are non-refundable; there are absolutely no exceptions to this policy – unless the event is cancelled.  EVENTS THAT ARE POSTPONED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BUT FULL CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE NEW DATE .  

Credit will be determined on a case-by-case basis. To be considered for credit, notice must be given to us prior to the start of the event. If a dancer can no longer attend due to sickness or injury, they must provide a doctor's note to receive credit. Any credits awarded belong to the account the dancer is registered under, not the individual. Once the event starts, no credit will be provided to any registered dancer unless they become sick or injured on site. To be clear, no credit will be provided to dancers who do not reach out to us prior to the event, cancel, or simply fail to attend.
